Return Window: 7 Days
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized/customized items.
- Perishable goods (e.g., plantable seed items).
- Used products or products not in original condition.
Exchanges for Defective Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at chetan.pratap@naturexpress.in with your order ID and clear photos within 48 hours of delivery.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. For high-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service.
